Messages may include information about available appointment times, service updates, health and wellness education, and special offers for our mobile massage services in Calgary, Drumheller, Moose Jaw, and Regina.

Nothing compares to having a massage in your own home, especially with a heated blanket for that extra level of coziness. It was such a relaxing experience. My legs feel so much better, and my whole body feels looser and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Dee has been working on me for years. I do not trust many other therapists to have the knowledge to help with my recovery regiment. She comes to my place which is very convenient. We generally discuss biomechanics and ways to improve my strength training regiment. Her knowledge on micro and macro nutrients is also very strong. It has keps my body and brain running optimally. 10/10 recommend the luxury of having an in home massage from the best in the business. Deidra brings both her incredible technique and decades of experience to tailor the massage to the needs of the individual on the table. I have been an athlete all my life and Deidra truly knows how to bring both relief and relaxation to the same appointment, getting to the root of the physical ailment while also making it a therapeutic and relaxing experience. I have had many massages and many hours of physical therapy in my life and there is yet to be anyone to work with my body in as successful a way as Deidra does.

It is rare for me to leave a review but once in a while I have such a profound experience that I want to share it with others, and In Good Hands Massage is one such experience. Initially, I had second thoughts about booking an online health session because historically I always met a registered massage therapist (RMT) in-person. I have been seeing chiropractors, and physical and RMTs for nearly a decade due to injuries sustained from motorcycle accidents. However, during the first few minutes of my online session with Deidra I completely forgot I even had concerns. She met me with a level of grace and compassion I simply had not experienced before. After sharing the story of my most recent injury which involved my ankle (a complex thing) she shared her assessment and therapeutic exercises with me. And I kid you not, after nearly 6 months of issues with my ankle it only took a few minutes of doing those exercises for me to feel releases and increased range of motion in my ankle. Needless to say, I no longer have reservations about the online format, and I cannot recommend Deidra enough. It was truly a magical thing to witness her ability to exactly diagnose what had happened to my ankle and which exercises would help regain its mobility without any physical touch; her gift to listen and understand at this level is rare. I am still in awe of her faculties. I am lucky to have met someone who has reignited within me the desire to love my body and trust in its ability to heal.

Deirdra gives a fantastic deep tissue massage! She is always professional, respectful and very attentive. From the start to the finish she is concentrating on all the right areas.
